Our unique studio is a stylish, lush, sensual palace of sophistication, decked out with velvet finery, ideal for a wide range of photography or video use and available to hire.
Velvet Goldmine Studio is under the creative management of Award Winning photographer Philip J. Bigg.
A mature and skilled practitioner, Philip has made his name as a People Photography with the enviable ability to both connect with people and capture the essence of character.
Philip produces funky Portraits of individuals, families, pregnancy bumps, Actors headshots and Model portfolios.
Each customer is guaranteed stunning images alongside a truly memorable studio experience.
Recent visitors include Brighton based Kate Magic (founder of Raw Living) and marketing consultant Shauna di Bella who wrote – “ALL CREDIT TO YOU. You are good. Even my husband commented!”
Philip also shoots Events and Commercial Photography. His images are regularly used for advertising purposes by print and web based media. Over the past year Philip has shoot numerous elearning photography campaigns for Lloyds Bank, Vodafone, Nat West, Network Rail and the Crown Prosecution Service.
